Although we hope you love all your items from Taruca Outdoor, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. Taruca Outdoor will provide a full refund or credit note for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions. 


  1. Items must be returned with 10 days of receiving your order
  2. All original tags must remain attached
  3. Item(s) must be unworn and returned in original condition
  4. Return must include original invoice and Returns Form, including a Return Authorization Number obtained by our Customer Care

Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, other than in the event of them being faulty. We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in touch at if you have any questions regarding sizing. Any items returned outside the 10 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. Please take care when trying on apparel.  For any swimwear, If returned, the hygiene sticker must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered. Taruca Outdoor reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions and will return the item to sender. 


  1. Contact our Customer Care via to obtain an R.A Number. Quote your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return
  2. Complete returns form accordingly and include with your return

Once received, your refund will be processed within 2 business days and funds will be returned to the Credit Card or Paypal account that was used for the original transaction. Please note that Taruca Outdoor does not offer direct exchanges and if you wish you purchase a new item then you will be provided with a credit note to make a new purchase.  

Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as Taruca Outdoor cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived at our distribution center safely. Taruca Outdoor does not cover any postage costs associated with domestic or international returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.
